| Media testing | Basic recognition checks and full read/write and capacity testing. |
| Checksum verification | Generate and compare file hashes to verify that copied files match the source. |
| Bulk file renaming | Apply one naming rule to a batch of files. |
| Simple file conversion | Common conversions such as CSV/XLSX, JSON/CSV, XML/CSV and JPG/PNG. |
Before shipping anything
- Shipping instructions and the receiving address are provided after an order is approved and paid.
- New, blank and existing-data media can be accepted.
- Back up anything you cannot afford to lose before shipping it.
- Formatting, testing and other requested work may erase or alter data.
- Incoming packages must match an approved order.
- We may reject or return any order or device at our discretion, including media that is damaged, modified, unreadable, mislabeled, contains suspected malware, or raises a safety or security concern.
- External-drive consolidation can include large batches of USB/SD/microSD source media. Destination hardware is limited to 2 customer-supplied external drives, up to 8 TB each.
- Rejected media may be returned without processing. Return shipping may still apply.
