Privacy Policy
1. Information collected
When you submit or complete an order, we may collect information such as your name, email address, company or organization information if applicable, order details, notes, return shipping address, tracking information, and communications about the order.
Technical service providers may also process ordinary connection and security information such as IP addresses, request logs, browser information, and timestamps as part of hosting, security, and operation of the site.
2. Media and file contents
Files and data on submitted media may be accessed, read, copied, written, converted, renamed, hashed, or otherwise processed only as reasonably necessary to perform the service you requested, verify the result, troubleshoot the job, or address a security/safety issue.
Working copies may be created when required for processing. We do not intentionally keep customer file contents longer than reasonably necessary to complete, verify, troubleshoot, and close the order, unless you request otherwise or retention is required by law.
3. How information is used
Order and contact information is used to review requests, calculate or confirm pricing, process orders, communicate with you, collect payment, receive and return shipments, prevent abuse, maintain records, and handle disputes or support issues.
4. Payment information
Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. Card and payment credentials are entered on Stripe's hosted payment page rather than directly into this website. We receive payment status and related transaction information needed to match the payment to your order, but we do not receive your full card number through this site.
5. Service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, database storage, payment processing, email, shipping, security, and related business operations. Current infrastructure includes Cloudflare for website/backend/database services and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell or rent customer personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when needed to operate the service, process payment, deliver or return shipments, protect the service from abuse or security threats, comply with legal obligations, or respond to a lawful request.
7. Data minimization and retention
We try to collect only information reasonably needed to handle the order. Order records may be retained for business, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal purposes. Information that is no longer reasonably needed may be deleted or de-identified.
8. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect order information and customer media, but no storage, transmission, or processing system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Advertising and tracking
This site is not currently intended to use behavioral advertising trackers or sell visitor data for targeted advertising. Infrastructure providers may use necessary security, fraud-prevention, and operational technologies to provide their services.
10. Adults only
Orders must be submitted by an adult or an authorized representative with legal capacity to enter into the transaction. The service is not directed to children.
11. Questions, corrections, or deletion requests
For an existing order, reply to the email address used for that order's correspondence to ask what order information is being kept, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. For a pre-order privacy question, submit an order request through the site and put the question in Additional notes. Some records may need to be retained for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal reasons.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
